Birth Doula
If you are looking for a euphoric birthing experience consider treating yourself to a doula who can use relaxation techniques and knowledge from specialized training to help you have your ideal birth experience.
Blessingways
Blessingways are an age old tradition that celebrate the mother on her journey to motherhood. These are beautiful experiances that give the mother the courage and support to embrace birth. Blessingways can vary greatly and be planned to your personal preferences.
Workshops
There are a range of workshops I teach some of which include childbirth education, green living, herbal, taking care of your newborn and more.
Postpartum Doula
Postpartum doulas help you after birth. These services can help you have sleep, understand how to care for your baby, let you have time off from cooking and light cleaning after birth and become more aquanted with your new born baby.
Apothecary Herbal and Energy Therapy
Herbal products made by Arielle with 100% all natural ingredients(many of which are grown right on arielle acres). Try our calendula salve or vapor rub. Also availible are herbalist consultations and energy healing therapy. If you feel tension, frustration or anxiety a simple solution may be to release negative energy.
Philosophy
Birth is Natural
Birth is a natural process. Every animal that is here has been born. You were born. Many women today have the idea that their body is incapable of giving birth. That somehow humans never made it before the doctors of today. Something that we forget about is a hundred years ago women didn’t have all these tests and funky little hoops to jump through to have a baby. It was them a midwife and a lot of support. Women birthed in this way for thousands of years. You standing here is proof of that. Conventional doctors and modern medicine of today are a new invention something that has only been developed in the past hundred years. Trust your body to birth you baby, it was made to do this.
Birth Encompasses your Whole Being
The birth experience is spiritual, emotional and physical. Without one the entire experience is limited in the ability to allow the mother to fully come into motherhood. Spirituality allows us to connect with the divine and women of the past who have given birth. Many women may not feel this spiritual connection until they have reach transition. During transition the mother turns inward and focuses on birthing her baby. Women often feel as though they are surrounded by women who have given birth before them and women who are giving birth at the same time. It is as though all of the women from the past are there with you encouraging you to give birth to your baby. Giving birth is truly a spiritual experience. Some women claim there is no pain and even orgasm during birth. Others claim it is the most painful thing they have ever had happen to them in there life. The outlook is what sets these women apart.
All women are born with the ability to give birth however emotions of fear, anxiety, and panic can contribute to a woman losing faith in her abilities. We have no doubt about your abilities to give birth. We believe that empowering the mother for birth empowers her child, her family and her life.

Arielles Doula training at Birth Arts International has prepared her for a large variety of birthing experiences. She is also taking Childbirth Education classes.
Arielle has completed her heart of herbs Master Herbalist Certification through Heart of Herbs Herbal School, a 2600 hour intensive.
