Meet Arielle
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your interest and support of Natures Birth Journey. First and foremost I am a mother of two beautiful little girls who are the highlight of my life. In fact my children have inspired me on my multiple career paths. Many doulas find their passion for birth through the birth of their own children and I am no exception.
As a doula and owner of Natures Birth Journey Doula and Apothecary ServicesI have been able to empower women on their birthing journey and help them to have the best birthing experience possible. My natural childbirth education classes teaches women how to work with their body, mind and spirit to let go of inner anxiety, fear and limitations. Working with the body instead of against it allows mothers to have an easier birth, a shorter birth, less tears to the perineum, less chance for interventions, a better overall birth experience and even healthier babies. I also coordinate blessingway ceremonies, help women with breastfeeding and natural baby care and I am also an energy healer.
Through natures birth journey meditation classes women can learn natural relaxation techniques, how to ride the waves(contractions), the birthing breath, how to look inside themselves for spiritual wisdom and even create their own sacred space.
I have also completed my Master Herbalist Certification, a 2600 hour intensive, through heart of herbs as well as studied the wise woman way and plant spirit medicine. Combining all these elements together has allowed me to form a comprehensive approach to pregnancy and women's health.
Check out my other workshops on multiple subjects including cooking, plant spirit medicine, herbalism, self sustainablity and farming at Arielle Acres. We also offer a limited number of internships per year. Arielle Acres is a farm which encompasses permaculture and horticulture to grow heritage breed animals and heirloom vegetables without the use of chemical pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers or GMOs. We sell a wide range of fibers to spin from the luxurious English angora rabbits and Tibetan yak to the all purpose and durable Icelandic sheep aka”lopi yarn” and you can even sometimes find yarn spun by me. We also enjoy the company and draft power of our Barbant horses that are the driving force behind our farm.

Some of my "hobbies" include reading, cooking, gardening, knitting, crochet, sewing and crafting.
Arielle has completed her heart of herbs Master Herbalist Certification through Heart of Herbs Herbal School, a 2600 hour intensive.
